Humidity and the East Coast of the United States
The East Coast of the United States is beautiful, but it can get crazy humid. During the summer months it can be like eighty degrees and when you walk outside you sweat like no other, it just pours off your body. Usually when it is eighty degrees it is the perfect temperature and your body feels just right, but not on a humid day on the East Coast.
When tropical storms come around they bring in some immense humidity. They are called low pressure systems because they bring a lot of moisture down close to the surface. This humidity is great for the plants, but not so good for the houses and other materials that can absorb the water from the air.
If you are working on losing weight with Acceletrim, then when you are outside in the humidity exercising be sure to drink extra water. When it is real humid and you sweat so much, you have to make sure to replace the lost water from your body. It is healthy to sweat and can help get out the yucky stuff from your body. Humidity is not that bad when you look at it from a health standpoint, it is kind of like a sauna, but a lot bigger and with no walls or ceiling.
